How to do it
- Confirm that the intended wallet is active. For Solana, check its selected address path.
- Check the exact network used by the sender and inspect the transaction in that network’s explorer.
- For supported manual-lookup networks, paste the token contract or mint address into Home search.
- If lookup reports an incomplete search, use Try Again. Contact support if the discrepancy remains.
