These labels are shown only when the app has evidence of the corresponding transaction state.

Asset → Activity → transaction
How to do it
- Open the affected activity row and read its status.
- If a replacement transaction ID is shown, copy it or check the relevant explorer.
- Compare the final confirmed transaction instead of counting both entries as separate transfers.
- Refresh when a replacement is still pending.
